Return, Warranty, and Claims Policies

You must take into account the following information when requesting a voluntary exchange or warranty:

  • Voluntary exchange: Voluntary exchanges refer to those changes you wish to make for reasons other than defects or quality problems. This means a change of color, size, design, or other.
    In this case, exchanges must be made within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the order.
    Each item you wish to exchange must be in perfect condition, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.
    Exchanges will be subject to product availability and shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
    For hygiene reasons (Article 11, Law 1480 of 2011), we do not exchange underwear, including swimsuits and "first skin" sports pants from the INIZIO brand, except when manufacturing defects are present (which will be evaluated by our quality department).
    Garments from previous collections or special prices will only be exchanged for garments from the same collections (subject to product availability on the website) and will be received at the current value of the garment. They will not be exchanged for garments from the latest and/or new collection.

  • Warranty: Garments have a warranty period of 30 days (from the date of purchase) in case of defects or quality problems.
    To initiate the quality claim process after the garment has been used, send an email to servicioalcliente@babalufashion.com or write to our WhatsApp (+574) 315 6122277 informing the reason for the claim. Our team will notify you of the process to follow.
    The garment with defects will be evaluated by our quality department, which will have 15 business days to issue an official response.
    According to Article 11 of Law 1480 of 2011, the garment will be repaired (if possible). Otherwise, it will be exchanged for a new one.
    Defects or damages caused by incorrect use, material handling, or wear and tear from normal use (such as seam damage, tears, improper washing, improper drying) will not be covered by the warranty.
