For Colombia:
The minimum purchase amount in Colombia is $800,000 COP (eight hundred thousand Colombian pesos). If you place orders over $900,000 COP (nine hundred thousand Colombian pesos), Babalú will cover the shipping cost.

Outside Colombia:
For countries other than Colombia, the minimum purchase amount for products is $500 USD.
When your order is successfully completed, you will receive a purchase order number, which will also be sent to you via email. Remember to also check your junk or spam folder. There you will see a summary with all your order details and the process status. For Colombia:

At Babalú, we offer the following payment options when placing your wholesale order in Colombia:

Bank Transfer: If you are making a bank transfer, you can do so through Bancolombia to savings account Nº 30949658739.
When making a payment by transfer, you must send us a copy of the payment receipt to the email servicioalcliente@babalufashion.com informing us of the order number to which said payment corresponds.

Online Payment: You can make your payments through the "WOMPI" platform implemented on our website, which will allow you to pay with a credit or debit card. There, the system will ask you for the necessary information so that you can complete your transaction safely and successfully. Remember that when choosing this payment method, you will only have a period of 24 hours to complete the transaction.

Bank Deposit: This can be done through:

Outside Colombia:

At Babalú, we offer the following payment options when placing your wholesale order outside Colombia:

PayPal: We recommend this payment method as it is processed immediately. You can use the tool implemented on our website.
Please note that this payment method will incur an additional cost corresponding to 5% of the purchase value and that the invoice will be issued in the name of the PayPal account user.

Davivienda International Bank Transfer: The information provided below is for the exclusive use of the paying bank. Please do not alter this data and present it at the time of the transaction.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • When choosing this payment method, please note that all charges will be borne by you, as the customer or depositor.
    At the time of payment, you must inform your bank that the charges for commission and transfer fees incurred are paid by the depositor (including the OUR concept).

  • With this payment method, the bank will take up to two days to notify the transfer. Babalú will begin the logistics process once notification is received.

  • The invoice will be issued in the name of the person indicated by the bank as the depositor or payer.

  • When making the payment, please verify that you are paying in US dollars (USD).

It is not possible to add products to an order that has already been finalized. However, remember that your cart remains open for the next 12 hours after you have added your first product. During this time, you can add any items you wish. Make sure you have the correct references, sizes, colors, and quantities you need.

If for any reason you wish to add more products to a finalized order, you must contact customer service to cancel the order so you can place a new one
