If you want your order to be shipped outside of Colombia, please note the following:

To place orders on our website, you must register or log in if you are already registered.

The minimum purchase amount for items is 500 USD.

Make sure you are clear about the references, sizes, colors, and quantities you need; as it is NOT possible to add/subtract/modify products after completing your purchase (the system does not allow modifications to finalized orders).

If you require additional products after having completed your order, you must contact customer service to cancel the issued order and make a new purchase on our website.

Shipping Policy

Orders under USD 5,000
The shipment of your merchandise will depend on the invoice value. If it is less than USD 5,000, the merchandise will be dispatched via Courier. In this case, we suggest a reliable company in handling the merchandise. However, you can choose the company of your preference.
IMPORTANT: Countries that require labeling, minimum descriptions, registrations, or permits for the import of apparel will receive special handling (which will be agreed upon between the parties). -
Orders over USD 5,000
When your shipment exceeds USD 5,000 (invoice value), it will be carried out via a cargo agency and according to the negotiation you - as a client - request: EXW, DAP.
If the type of negotiation is EXW, the merchandise will be delivered to the cargo agent you hire. Only the net value of the order plus bank charges will be invoiced.
If you choose DAP, the merchandise will be delivered to the warehouse or residence of your choice, without tax payment. That is, you must assume all expenses for taxes.
Payment Instructions
Payment for your merchandise can only be made in US dollars (USD). If you are outside of Colombia, these are the payment methods:

PayPal: We recommend this payment method as it is processed immediately. You can do it using the tool implemented on our website. You should be aware that this payment method will incur an additional cost corresponding to 5% of the purchase value and that the invoice will be issued in the name of the PayPal account user.

By choosing this payment method, you must be aware that all expenses will be assumed by you, as the client or depositor.
At the time of making the payment, you must inform your bank that the commission and transfer expenses incurred are paid by the depositor (including the OUR concept). -
With this payment method, the bank will take up to two days to notify the transfer. Babalú will begin the logistics process once the notification is received.

The invoice will be issued in the name of the person indicated by the bank as the depositor or payer.
